Our day at the Sealife Centre

As part of our Under The Sea topic we visited the Sealife Centre. We had a fantastic time and found out lots of interesting facts about the creatures that live in the sea and rock pools.

We even found time to fit in a round of crazy golf before it was time to go back to school .

Superhero Day

Superhero Day has arrived and RKB had lots of very excited Superheroes arrive in some fantastic costumes. 

Lacie won the best Superhero costume competition in her Super Warrior Princess Lacie costume. 

Mrs Bracegirdle became Super Clown spreading lots of fun and silliness. 

Miss Armitage became Super Pink and used her Superhero powers to turn everything pink. 

Beautiful Butterflies!!!!

Our butterflies hatched out of their cocoons during our day at school. It was very exciting watching as each one popped out of the cocoon. The children enjoyed looking to see if we had any more butterflies from the last time they checked. Here are some pictures of them.

Sea life fun

We had a great time at the sealife centre. Here are just a few pictures from our day.

These sack had baby sharks in them. If you looked closely you could see them wriggling around!

It was time for dinner, then we went to play pirate mini golf!

Super hero day!

Children in RRH came dressed in style today for our Superhero themed day! Here they are during the parade in KS1. The video may not show up on mobile devices.

The children were judged by Mrs Roberts and Thomas won a super writing pencil and a certificate for his outfit - and the superhero walk he did around the hall.

We went to the hall in the afternoon to do a superhero assault course with Miss Alladice. The children had to dodge 'fire balls' and get to the treasure at the end!! Everyone had a great time and wanted to do it over and over again!
